Hamlin County Conservation District

Hamlin County Conservation District The Hamlin County Conservation District is one of 69 Conservation Districts across state of South Dakota.

The conservation districts are legal subdivisions of the State, organized under the South Dakota Conservation Districts law. Conservation districts are responsible for carrying out a program of natural resource conservation on farms, ranches, and urban areas within the district boundaries. The conservation district operates under the South Dakota Codified Law. Districts provide a means for all int

erested people in the community to work together for the conservation and development of natural resources. Our District Board of Supervisors and staff consist of the following:

Danny Limmer, Supervisor
Lenny Saathoff, Advisor
Burton Tesch, Advisor
