Beginning **July 1, 2026**, Tribal Member Health Insurance Reimbursement Assistance will require the use of a **NEW application form**. 📝

✅ All reimbursement requests submitted on or after **July 1, 2026** must be completed using the new application.

⚠️ Weather Closure Notice ❄️🚗

Due to icy and hazardous road conditions, LCO Community Health Center will be closing today at 12:00 PM for the safety of our patients and staff.

💊 The Pharmacy will remain open until 1:00 PM for medication pick-up.

Please also note that we will be closed Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6th in observance of the Easter holiday. ✝️🌷

We will reopen and resume normal hours on Tuesday, April 7th. 🗓️
