I wanna thank the Arkansas Narcotics Officers Association for having me as the speaker last night at their 2026 Annual Banquet. It’s tough sitting in a room full of your peers and getting up to give a speech about your own failures and struggles, but I truly believe being honest and transparent is what helps others the most.

Thank y’all for the award as well — it truly means a lot to me. I’m honored and humbled by it. Thank you again for the hospitality and for such a wonderful evening. It was a great time being around so many dedicated men and women in law enforcement.

A huge thank you to Ashley Parchman for bringing lunch to the Police Department today!!! It is greatly appreciated, and we truly thank you for always going out of your way to do things for us. Support from our community means more than you know!

So I got the opportunity to speak at the FBI NICS Conference today in Cleveland, Ohio. What an incredible turnout and such a humbling opportunity to speak to people from all across the country.

I always try to bring humility, real-world experiences, and even my own personal failures when I speak, because if my story can help just one person, then it was well worth it.

One thing I’ll always stand by: it’s okay not to be okay. Mental health matters, and sometimes the strongest thing you can do is ask for help.

Remember… you’re replaceable at work, but you’re NOT replaceable at home.
