In lieu of the traditional cleanup day, the City of Oelwein will be selling stickers for bulk item disposal at a discounted rate of $10.00 for the months of May, June, July, and August. Just a friendly reminder that the Hazleton Commercial Club is its own independent organization.

We love seeing members of our community volunteer and support our events, no matter what other groups or organizations they may be involved with. Their willingness to help is always appreciated!

That said, the Hazleton Commercial Club isn't affiliated with or represented by any other organizations.

Thank you for your continued support—we're excited to keep working together to make Hazleton a great place to live, work, and celebrate!

Every year, we chose to give donations where we believe will be used to support a great cause for others. Thank you to the Oelwein Husky Booster Club for all that you do for our children and for this nice recognition.

It's time to look back and give another huge thank you to our 2025 - 2026 donors. As we enjoy summer and look forward to the fall, it's time to start thinking about our next fall fund drive. Our goal will be to properly thank and recognize all of our generous donors as well as use your donations in a responsible manner supporting our Husky student athletes.

The Hazleton Commercial Club would like to thank all of our supporters of our Annual Haze Daze event this weekend. We are humbled by the amount of support that was received from our local Fire Department, Vendors, and Community Citizens. A special thanks to Cabinets and Counters, Hyvee Dollar Fresh, Fat Boys Saloon, Pizza Ranch, and Anthony Ricchio. We could not host this event without all of your assistance. We have had alot of inquiries about the parade on Saturday at 10am. Lineup begins on Westline Drive which is east of town. C57 will be closed so follow the parade line up signs. Check in with the Parade Event Coordinator Nicole Ericson or Renae King Streittmatter who will be located on Westline Drive at the beginning of the parade and they will explain where to line up. The parade is free! We hope to see you there!!
