The Bell's Ambulance Service family was happy to once again participate in the 2026 Healdsburg FFA Twilight Parade on May 21st for the Healdsburg Future Farmers Country Fair!

We’re always very grateful for the opportunity to represent our family business and celebrate alongside this lovely community.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support this cherished tradition. We’re blessed to be part of such a special hometown event and honored to continue serving the community we love.

A peek at our amazing Bell's Ambulance Service EMT providing medical services for the 2026 Wine Country Century Ride sponsored by the Santa Rosa Cycling Club this May 2nd, 2026.

This was the 52nd WCC Ride with over 2,000 riders and 400+ Volunteers, so we were honored to be a part of it this year supporting SRCC!

Another big congratulations to Pamela Bell Simmons, who was recognized as a 2026 Vanguard Award winner by The American Ambulance Association(AAA), and Women in Emergency Services (WiES) on April 21st, 2026 at the AAA Annual Conference & Trade show in Las Vegas.

Pamela is an EMS leader that has helped shape mobile healthcare through decades of vision, resilience, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Her influence extends far beyond Bell's Ambulance Service to other organizations, strengthening the profession for generations to come.

Gigantic congratulations to our very own Pamela! 🎉

She has been named the 2026 American Ambulance Association Vanguard Award recipient, a truly remarkable and well-deserved honor.

The Vanguards honor those who blazed the trail for fellow women EMS professionals and are presented in collaboration with Women in Emergency Services (WiES), a newly-founded organization dedicated to supporting and advancing women’s careers in the emergency services industry through empowerment, networking, mentorship, and education.

⭐ Celebrating California Star of Life Recipient Serbeth Ramirez ⭐
We would like to extend a big congratulations to Bell's Ambulance Service's very own Serbeth Ramirez, who received a 2026 Star of Life award from the California Ambulance Association at the State Capitol this week. He and Dan, our operations manager, traveled to Sacramento to attend the event together.

The Stars of Life program recognizes EMS professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, compassion, professionalism, and dedication to their communities and Bell's is proud to be recognized!

'Inez Bell receives a little help from her husband Lea Bell in putting on the flowers presented to her by the Healdsburg Business an Professional Women's Club Wednesday night, when she was named "Healdsburg Woman of the Year".
Mrs. Bell, a partner in the Bell's Ambulance Service, was honored by city and state officials with everything from flowers to citations for her outstanding service to the area.'

--Look back with Bell's Ambulance to 1974!--
During Duane Kenward’s tenure as administrator of Healdsburg General Hospital, the facility became an early adopter of Earthquake and Disaster Preparedness Drills, which was an uncommon practice at the time.
This Healdsburg Tribune article from April 4, 1974 shows Wayne Bell, Greg Hannan, and Dr. Thorton participating in one such simulated drill.
