Our office is without electricity, phones, & internet at this time. We are here for notary service and food pantry.

Wednesday February 11th Heavener Tag Agency will close at 4:00 & stop driver’s license renewals at 3:15 to begin running reports to close out our current computer system.
The State of Oklahoma & all Tag Agencies will remain closed until Tuesday February 17th when the new operating system goes live.
We ask again for everyone to please be patient with us during this transition. We will be working hard to help everyone as quickly as possible but it is a huge change for Tag Agencies. I am confident that over the next few weeks everything will return to normal and this new system will make transactions faster and simpler for our customers. We just ask that during this adjustment phase everyone is patient and kind. I promise we will be doing our best.

The west side of our building is still a sheet of ice. Please use caution!
You may renew your tag online at okcars.service.ok.gov just select Heavener Tag Agency for your renewal and we will get your registration mailed out to you same day. Again please use caution if you choose to come into the office we will not be responsible for accidents or injury. If at all possible try online transactions or wait for the ice to melt off. We are expecting bad weather! If you need a tag or driver license or need anything from our food pantry please come in before Friday.

Service Oklahoma will be transitioning all Motor Vehicle & Drivers License Services to a new computer system in February. From February 12 through February 16th the State of Oklahoma and all Tag Agencies in the state of Oklahoma will be closed as the systems are merged together. Please make plans accordingly so this closure does not affect you negatively.
The new system will go live on February February 17th. Please know every employee of the state and every employee of all Tag Agencies have been in training for this new system since November and we are currently still taking training classes. This new system is a huge change for us and is much more complex for day to day operations at your local tag agencies. We will be working as fast as we can but please be kind and patient. If possible you may consider coming in before February 12 to avoid a longer wait time for in office transactions.
It will take us all some time to adjust to the new system requirements and processes. During this adjustment phase we will definitely not be as fast as we have been in the past.
We appreciate all of our wonderful customers and will appreciate your patience with us.
