The Cleburne County Aging Program is currently hiring for the position of COOK at the Waychoff Senior Center. The Cook will work under the direct supervision of the Kitchen Supervisor to prepare meals for the Meals on Wheels program and the congregate meal served daily; kitchen cleanup is a requirement. This position starts at $11.50 per hour and is scheduled for Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Working at special events and fundraisers outside the normal work schedule, including on weekends and evenings, may be required. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits include paid holidays, annual leave, sick leave, paid life insurance and the option to eat the lunch meal served daily at no cost. Applications may be picked up at the Waychoff Senior Center, located at 320 Trailwood Drive in Heber Springs, Arkansas, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday.
