“I do believe Michael Scott did it better, but here’s my version. For 6 weeks every Day, I was locked down in this mask and zapped for 10 minutes. I lay there with mouth guards in, only able to breathe through tiny holes, trying not to swallow while I meditate as Jimmy Buffett is playing through the headset. . This treatment was morbid. It was hard, and it pushed me to a place I never thought I would see. I chose to keep going and I fought...I FOUGHT to make it all 6 weeks. I kept this mask as a reminder for how strong I am. How much I have overcome. I have a long ways to go, but I will always chose to keep going. . Trust me guys, wearing a face mask to Target or Trader Joe’s is nothing to complain about, I say that with the most love❤️💕” -Jamie
