Our Children's Librarian, Tami Logsdon has been with us for 5 1/2 years. She is ready to shift her focus over to her family time and substitute teaching at Thayer Central. Her caring and gentle nature with the littles will be irreplaceable. She will be missed, but we do wish her well.

📚That’s a wrap for our Summer Reading programming! Thank you SO MUCH to all the kiddos, parents and especially my Jr Librarians who were a HUGE help to this program!!!

Don’t forget to come to our Finale on June 27th at 1:00 at Stasny! Wildlife Encounters will be bringing some critters for a fun FREE show! 🐊

We had some awesome last couple days of Summer Reading!

🦕 We learned about bicycle safety, completed a scavenger hunt, excavated dinosaur eggs & made them habitats. They also created their own dinos out of pipe cleaners and checked out tools of the early people.

🦖Today the extension office came and help them make Tar Pit slime! They had fun with bubbles, making coloring pages of our animals that will be visiting us on June 27th for the finale and playing in the sand!

Fun continues tomorrow and Friday at 10am!

🦖We had a great turnout for our first day of Summer Reading!!! The kids dug for dino’s, made them a habitat and made some roaring T-Rex’s!
