If you received your ballot by mail but would prefer to vote at a voting booth, you may bring your ballot to the courthouse and vote there instead. Otherwise, completed mail ballots must be returned to the Clerk’s Office by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
PIVOT IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
Any person allowing a sprinkler irrigation system to spray or accumulate water on to or across a public road may, upon conviction, be found guilty of a Class IV misdemeanor. Nebraska Revised Statute, Section 39-703.01. A properly functioning automatic shutoff on the end gun of the irrigation system is required under this law.
