PUBLIC NOTICE: Street Sweeping Operations

Street Sweeping Program

The Hebron Public Works Department has scheduled a contractor to conduct a street sweeping operation on all Village maintained streets with curb and gutters on Wednesday June 10th, 2026. This procedure is performed to maintain the cleanliness of our streets and help protect our local waterways from pollutants.

Purpose: Street sweeping removes debris, sediment, and other pollutants that can clog storm drains and harm water quality.

Sweeping: Sweeping will occur on Wednesday June 10th, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..

Areas to Be Swept: All roadways with curb and gutter (East and West Main Street, Lakewood Drive, Kelly Drive, Kelly Court, Westview Drive, Christopher Drive, Christopher Court, Lake Forest Drive, Forest Ridge, Butternut Lane, Hickory Lane, Woods Court, Oakhurst Drive, Arrowhead Blvd, State Route 79)

No On-Street Parking: To ensure the most thorough cleaning, residents are asked to voluntarily move their vehicles from the street during the designated sweeping hours.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean and healthy.

For questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works Department at 740-928-1778 or [email protected].

Happy Retirement, Keith Corwin! 🎉

On behalf of the Village of Hebron, thank you for your years of dedication and service as the Waste Reclamation Assistant Superintendent!

"Both of us started out as laborers in 2000, and we came up through the “ranks” together. When I took over as the superintendent in 2012, Keith was very encouraging and I knew I could count on him in any situation. As the assistant superintendent, he transitioned well into that role and provided that extra leadership in my absence. He was always willing to help in any way and for any department. The Water Reclamation department was extremely lucky to have him on staff. The WRF staff want to wish him well as he transitions into the next chapter of his life."

- Tom Coleman, Waste Reclamation Superintendent

Congratulations, Keith! We wish you a happy and well-deserved retirement! 💙
