If you want to attend a Preschool Storytime with your little ones, the first one at Hedrick Public Library will be next Wednesday, August 12th, from 3pm to 4pm! These storytimes will be scheduled for the second Wednesday of every month.

The Coloring Cafe for Tweens will be starting soon at the Community Center! It'll be from 5pm to 6pm. All supplies are provided by the library and it is FREE to attend!

Tomorrow, Hedrick Public Library is having a Coloring Cafe for Tweens! It will take place in the Community Center from 5pm to 6pm and there will be soda and tea available to drink as patrons draw and color to their hearts’ content!

Besides the usual markers and crayons, the supplies provided include rainbow pencils and glitter gel pens. The coloring books shown in the photos below have tearable pages, so several kids can use them simultaneously. There will be plenty of paper to use to create one’s own drawings as well.

This Thursday, Hedrick Public Library will have a Tween Coloring Cafe! It will take place in the Community Center. Drinks and art supplies will be provided for free and no registration is required for the event!

Bad Art Night is happening tonight at Hedrick Public Library from 5pm-6pm! Teens, join in a contest on who can make the Best “Worst” Art! The winner will get a prize and have their art displayed in the library! All supplies are provided and attendance is free!

Hedrick Public Library has an ongoing book sale! If interested, you can stop by the display table or check out what’s available in the storage room.

Paperbacks: $0.50 each
Hardcovers: $1.00 each

All proceeds will go towards continuing library services and covering the costs of new programs and items available for checkout (books, DVDs, audiobooks, etc.
