In todays culture LEO's have had to prove their innocence in court, but lately a lot of officers, especially Federal Officers have been caught lying, or omitting facts that exonerate the alleged suspect.
To instill improved public trust, should we in Montana, make it Law that every Law Enforcement officer, including federal agents/U.S. Marshalls/etc., be forced to wear 100% body cams (BODY WORN video recording device) to try any court cases within the state of Montana? Should there be no video of the incident or arresting actions being accused, the charges are dropped, and the Law enforcement officer(s) are liable criminally for charges from the suspect for civil rights violations, up to and including the officers/agents direct supervisor?
