Radical climate activists sued President Trump over his commonsense, pro-energy policies last year. My office was happy to step in and help litigate the case. I’m proud to report that yesterday we had a huge victory in the Ninth Circuit. The case was rightly dismissed.

Great to join Vice President JD Vance and my attorneys general colleagues at the anti-fraud roundtable yesterday to discuss coordinated efforts to combat wasteful spending and fraud in federal benefit programs. As Attorney General, I will do everything I can to combat fraud in Montana! And I am glad to see the Trump Administration working with us and taking this issue seriously.

Great work by Montana Highway Patrol and our state and federal partners in getting these illegal aliens off of Montana's highways. As Attorney General, I will continue to work with the Trump Administration and support law enforcement's efforts to crack down on illegal immigration in Montana.

Great work by Havre Sector , Montana Highway Patrol, and Montana Motor Carrier Services! A recent multi-agency operation along the I-90 corridor in Billings, Mont., resulted in over 300 commercial truck inspections. This vital effort led to the apprehension of 13 illegal aliens. Of those apprehended, 12 were removed, and one case is proceeding under 8 USC 1326 prosecution.

Peace Officers Memorial Day is a reminder of the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty to protect others. Every day, law enforcement officers put on the badge and willingly stand in the way of danger. Today, we honor the Montana officers who made the ultimate sacrifice and pray for the families who continue to carry their loss. Their service and dedication will never be forgotten.

On Peace Officers Memorial Day, we honor the brave officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
Their names, courage, and dedication will never be forgotten. Though their watch has ended, their legacy lives on through those who continue to serve. May we always remember and honor the fallen.

It is well within my authority as Attorney General, granted by the Legislature, to invoke supervisory control over the Gallatin County Attorney Audrey Cromwell’s office. This is a political issue, not a legal question. Montana law is clear - ICE is a criminal justice agency. She can't ignore the law because of her political ideology.

I had a great time today celebrating the state winner of the fifth annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Poster Contest, alongside Montana Highway Patrol Colonel Kurt Sager and troopers from the district.

Brooke and her class earned $750 courtesy of Stockman and an ice cream party for her winning poster. Brooke also got to enjoy a ride-along as part of her recognition. Congratulations to Brooke!
