Yesterday was a great day on the build site!

We had volunteers from CWG Architecture + Interiors and our incredible Precision Volunteer Corps (PVC) working alongside us. It was exciting to see these two groups come together, and the day was filled with hard work, teamwork, and plenty of laughter.

Everyone did an amazing job, and because of their dedication, we were able to make significant progress and move these homes into the next stage of construction.

To everyone from CWG and PVC—thank you for giving your time, talents, and energy to help build safe, affordable homes in our community. We truly appreciate each and every one of you and can't wait to have you back out on the build site with us!

Yesterday, our amazing PVC volunteers spent the day insulating the triplex we've been working on. Even though insulation is hot, itchy work, you could immediately tell the difference once it was installed and covered with the v***r barrier. The house was already feeling more comfortable, and we made some incredible progress!

A huge thank you to the PVC for coming out and volunteering in the smoky summer heat. Your hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes are helping us move these homes closer to the finish line, and we couldn't do it without you.

Meanwhile, the duplex we've been building reached another exciting milestone—the second-story walls are now up! It's always amazing to step back and see these homes taking shape, and it's all possible because of volunteers like you.

It's been another productive week on our build sites!

Between our homeowners working hard on Saturday and our incredible Precision Volunteer Corps (PVC) on Wednesday, we're making great progress on the triplex. Our homeowners spent the day installing blocking throughout the units and getting the site cleaned up and ready for the next round of contractors. Then yesterday, the PVC kept the momentum going by installing venting and taking care of several framing touch-up tasks.

Meanwhile, exciting things are happening at our second build site! The duplex has officially started taking shape, and it's amazing how quickly it has come together. There's nothing quite like seeing walls go up and watching a house become a home.

A huge thank you to our homeowners, the PVC, our volunteers, and our construction crew for everything you're doing to help build strength, stability, and hope in our community. Every hour of hard work brings these future homeowners one step closer to the day they receive their keys.
