Speaker Ler: "As America turns 250, this is a great way for Montanans to celebrate our citizenship and our nation's history. I appreciate Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen for finding a way to honor this milestone while giving back to Montana families."

According to the MVD website, Montana Attorney General, Austin Knudsen and MVD will waive license and ID card fees to encourage Montanans to get a new citizenship marker added to their cards.
