🌱🍂 Celebrate the Harvest with Helena Food Share! 🍂🌱

Even after the snow, there may still be a little goodness left in your garden! If you have extra produce, squash, potatoes, carrots, or other garden goodies, bring them to Ten Mile Creek Brewery this Sunday from 5–8 PM and help us celebrate the harvest by sharing with our neighbors. 🥕🥔🍎

While you’re there, enjoy a b**r and support Helena Food Share, where $1 from every b**r sold will be donated back! 🍻💛

Let’s make the most of this year’s harvest and keep good food in our community. Bring your garden bounty, grab a friend, and join us Sunday!

Our kitchen is always a busy place with food prep for the Market. Cranberry-orange muffins are available for shoppers at the Welcome desk today, and prepared meals of brisket and roasted veggies are in the Market, with soup coming out later this afternoon. We believe nutritious food is a building block for a healthy community! Oh, and it's delicious too. 😉💚🧡

We are so grateful for the generosity of these six amazing faith communities and everyone who supports Kid Packs throughout the year! ❤️ Your dedication and financial support help ensure that children in our community have access to the food they need and know their community cares about them. Thank you for making a meaningful difference in the lives of local kids!

Helping kids head into the weekend with the food they need. Six local churches raised thousands more than their original goal to support Helena Food Share and children facing food insecurity.

Tim from Helena Food Share stopped by to talk about the growing need in our community and how Helena is stepping up to help.
Right now, Food Share is serving an average of 170 people each day, 40 more people per day than this time last year. Those customers are also visiting more often each month.
With 7,000 SNAP reductions across Montana, more people are feeling the strain. But Helena continues to show its generosity through food donations, volunteer hours, and financial support as we work toward a hunger-free community.
This year also marks the 25th Anniversary of the “Be a Friend in Deed, Help Those in Need” campaign, supported by Town Pump with matching funds.
As we head into the holiday season, people in our community need hope, and they need our help.
Donate online or at Town Pump and Lucky Lil’s locations to help make a difference.

We joined United Way of the Lewis & Clark Area recently to talk about the current need for food support in our community and ways to help our neighbors. Be sure to take advantage of the Town Pump “Be a Friend in Deed” campaign, matching donations to HFS now through Nov - up to $60,000. Double your impact! 💚🧡
