Montana Public Service Commission The PSC generally regulates private, investor-owned natural gas, electric, telephone, private water and sewer companies doing business in Montana.

In addition, the department regulates certain limited transportation service providers. The Montana PSC reserves the right to delete wall posts and inappropriate comments. The MPSC also reserves the right to remove comments that are not related to the wall post or event on which they appear. The public may formally address the MPSC through methods outlined at http://www.psc.mt.gov/.
