Good morning and happy fall break. Last week the Athletic Department put out a survey for Girls Winter Athletics via Aeries Communication. If you have a student that is interested in Basketball or Soccer this winter please indicate it on the survey. Athletics is trying to figure out logistics for the Winter season. Wishing Our Helendale Families a Wonderful Fall Break!

As we head into Fall Break, we want to take a moment to thank our wonderful students, dedicated teachers, hardworking staff, and supportive families for everything they do to make Helendale School District such a special community.

Behind every student's success are people who care, encourage, and work together to help them grow. We are grateful for everyone who plays a part in making a difference in the lives of our students each day.

Fall Break is October 12 through October 16, 2026.

We hope this week gives our students and staff a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy some well-deserved time with family and friends. Whether you're traveling, spending time at home, or simply enjoying a little break from the daily routine, we wish everyone a safe and relaxing week.

We have so much to look forward to as we continue through the school year, and we are excited to welcome our students back for another quarter of learning, growth, and new opportunities.

Classes resume Monday, October 19, 2026.

Two ACE Student-Athletes Have Been Nominated for High School Athlete of the Week!

We have some exciting news to share. Kailan Leon and Madison Grounds from the Academy of Careers & Exploration have both been nominated for the Victorville Daily Press Joe Orthodontics High School Athlete of the Week!

Kailan Leon – Volleyball
Kailan had a huge week, recording 6 kills, 3 aces, 10 digs, and an assist, followed by an incredible 17 aces, 4 kills, and 2 digs in another ACE victory.

Madison Grounds – Girls Golf
Madison earned medalist honors after shooting a 6-over-par 38, finishing three strokes ahead of the runner-up. Even more impressive, this was her third consecutive league medalist finish.

Two students. Two sports. One school community with a lot to be proud of.

Please join us in congratulating Kailan and Madison for representing ACE and Helendale with excellence, determination, and hard work.
