The MAIN Early Voting location for Waller County is no longer at the Road and Bridge Department. Early Voting in Hempstead will now take place at the Joe Kuciemba Annex Building, 425 FM 1488, Hempstead, Tx.

Sheriff Guidry wants to remind everyone that one bad decision can change everything. 🚔

A report of a reckless driver last night resulted in a DWI investigation and arrest after the driver left the roadway and rolled the vehicle. The driver was removed from the vehicle and sustained a laceration to the hand.

Sheriff Troy Guidry would like to remind everyone traveling this holiday season to drive safely and make it a holiday to remember, not one to forget. Please don’t drink and drive.
