For the continued safety of our guests and volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will remain closed for public and private tours during the month of June. There will be NO TOURS on Saturday, June 6th.

If you are looking for something to do this weekend Liendo Plantation will be open for tours on Saturday at 10am, 11:30am and 1pm. After your tour it is just a short 20 minute drive to the Texas Birthday Bash in Navasota to celebrate Texas Independence Day. Check it out at the link below!

The 20th Annual Civil War Weekend at Liendo Plantation this past year was a wonderful milestone for us and an incredible opportunity for us to share history with so many people. We want to thank all the volunteers and participants who supported the event and the many spectators who attended. Sadly, and after very serious consideration, the decision has been made that that 20th event was the last. The decision to discontinue Civil War Weekend was a very difficult one with many factors taken into consideration in making it. Liendo Plantation will continue to do tours and various special events. We thank you all for 20 years of support!

Thank you to all the participants, volunteers, vendors, people in front and behind the scenes and spectators that came out to be a part of our 20th Annual Liendo Plantation Civil War Weekend. It was beautiful weather and amazing weekend- thanks again for keeping history alive!
