The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is currently on scene at the Spottsville boat ramp in reference to a 2008 cold case of a missing person out of Owensboro. Officials from Owensboro Police Department, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office, and Ohio Township Fire Department are also on scene.

It's that time of year again! The 2nd Annual Camp Blue and Brown Law Enforcement Camp will kick off the first week after school is out and run through the entire summer. The camp is for incoming 5th and 6th graders for the 2026-2027 school year. Last year was a huge success and spots will definitely fill up fast this year. Please sign up with the attached brochure and send in an email to the email address listed. Brochures will also be handed out at all the elementary schools and can be returned to the School Resource Officer (SRO) at your respective school. There is no cost for this camp. ***THE BROCHURE WILL BE IN THE COMMENTS**
