Welcome friends! Battery B, 1st NJ Light Artillery and our sister SVR Battery A, 3rd US are both alive and well in the following locations: Henderson, NV (HQ); Reno, NV; and Kingman, AZ. We will keep you posted on our next event!

Our Battery is still active while a bit scattered. Our guns are now located in the Las Vegas area with part of our crew while the rest of our crew is in the Reno area. In any case we will continue to fight for the Union. Huzzah!

The Confederates are once again threatening Douglas County, NV. We need all available Federal Artillery at the Gardnerville Civil War Reenactment on 9/13-14/14. Contact Captain Wayne Eder if you are available!

Battery B, 1st NJ Light Artillery took the field on the Federal gun line at the annual Graeagle, CA Civil War reenactment on July 4-6, 2014. Fired 85 rounds total during four battles.

2013 was a GREAT year for Battery B, First New Jersey Light Artillery and our sister Battery, Battery A, 3rd US Artillery. We look forward to a great 2014, celebrating the 150th anniversary of 1864. We look forward to working with our friends in neighboring states at events, and are currently planning our NV events. I would like to personally thank each of our Battery members, our friends, and supporters for a great year. We wish you a Blessed and Safe Holiday Season!
