***SITE CERTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT***

We are pleased to announce that the 143 acre Henderson I-10 site in the Town of Henderson has just been certified as development ready through Louisiana Economic Development's site certification program! Thank you to One Acadiana, the Town of Henderson, and Entergy for their partnership in this.

Site certification completes most site due diligence on the front end, which saves potential businesses significant amounts of time and money up front. This creates quicker opportunities right here in St. Martin Parish.

This increases St. Martin Parish’s portfolio of development ready sites to seven. A big number for a rural parish!
