Join us for Healthy Me Class taught by Deaconess Henderson! Healthy Me is a one-hour class focused on nutrition and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy. It will cover topics such as body changes, making good choices, and the six steps to a healthy pregnancy.

This class is one of three incredible classes in the Safe Babies Program! If you complete all 3 classes, you can earn a free carseat and pack-n-play for your child.💕
