We are all so incredibly proud of these kids!

Out of 17 states,
1,050 participants,
170 advisors,
45 Law Enforcement Explorer agencies
30 Venture Scouts groups, and
13 Fire/EMS Explorers agencies

Our Hendersonville Police Explorer Post 112 placed 🥉 3rd in Domestic Violence, bringing home an award!

It was a long three days, but they showed up, worked hard, and did an amazing job. We couldn’t be more proud of them. We also want to thank Layah Garton and Dan Bristol who volunteered their time and acting skills all weekend to help us host an event (Unknown Trouble)! We were able to host the event and judge for 22 agencies with 4 Explorers competing per agency, thats 88 kids that got to participate in just our event!

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors who helped make it possible for these kids to attend and compete. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!!!!

Guess we should post more often. Sorry we don’t. I guess life happens.

Anyways, this Thursday, the Explorer’s will be learning Criminal Investigations with CID Detective Fye.

I look forward to seeing more of our youth take an interest in our Post. If you know someone that is 14, graduated the 8th grade, please let them know about is. We meet every Thursday from 6pm-9pm.

Good Day Sumner County!!! SNOW DAY! We don’t hear that a lot do we? This is Master Patrol Officer Stephen Goodwin. I am one of the Advisors along with OFC Witte, OFC Byrd, and FTO Ace!!

I would like to share with all of you who follow us that we appreciate you! It takes a community to help these amazing young men and women!

The Explorer program is having a fund raise to acquire equipment for our uniforms. We are having a “Sponsor a day for the month of January”. This event will go till January 31st, 2025. If you place your name on day six then you would only be sponsoring $6.00. There are 12 kids and the four advisors. We are all trying to fill up our own calander. If you would like to join in you can connect with me and I will find an Explorer close to you that you can support. If not, I can get you with an advisor close to you as well. IT GETS BETTER!!!! I am attaching out Venmo to this post and you can Venmo a donation, placing Explorer Calendar in the memo spot!
