Pony Mailbox & Business Center will be open on Wednesday 1/17/23. We are going to be operating on modified hours. We will be open from 10-4:30 unless conditions deteriorate. I am unsure on the status of FedEx and UPS at this time. UPS ran limited routes today. FedEx did not run.

Due to the poor road conditions, Pony Mailbox will not open tomorrow 1/16/23. I am going to try to make it in to distribute the mail, but that will be determined by the road conditions.

We got power back on Friday night and were able to get everything cleaned up and tested yesterday. We will open Monday morning at 8:00 AM and will be operating regular hours through the end of the week. Our heat is still not working, but we hope to get that resolved tomorrow. Thank you all for your patience during our closure. We hope to see you tomorrow.

NES is working to restore power to our building today. Hopefully we will have power by tomorrow. Then once we get internet, we should be able to start shipping packages again. I would like to thank everyone for your offers of assistance while we are down. The people in the neighborhood have been great. Black Press Coffee across the street got power yesterday and came by and offered all of our staff something to drink. Volunteers fed us on Sunday while we were working on cleanup. Thanks to Servpro for getting out here quickly to help us start the drying process.

Again, if you have packages to ship, I encourage you to visit our store in Gallatin at 540 W. Main St.

Our building was hit pretty hard by the tornado. We were more fortunate than the others in our building. The roof was peeled off and we took some pretty good water damage, but we didn’t lose our doors or windows. We will be at the store tomorrow to clean up and distribute mail. However, we will not be able to ship packages due to the lack of electricity and internet. As soon as electricity is restored, we will try to get everything back up and going.

In the meantime, if you need to ship packages, please visit our Gallatin store at 540 W. Main St. in Gallatin.

We are going to be unable to open due to road conditions. FedEx and UPS are not doing pickups again today. I will monitor the road conditions today to determine if we will be able to open tomorrow.

Due to several of our employees testing positive for Covid, we are going to be unable to open the store for the remainder of the week. We will continue to receive mail and packages for our box holders and you can pick up your packages during regular business hours. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Our Gallatin store will remain open for regular business hours.

FYI... Pony Mailbox customers. May 3rd - May 7th our parking lot will be going through the process of getting ready to be paved. Parking will be on each side of the building until the project is complete. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this may cause. Once the parking lot is complete It will well worth the wait. Thank you and Thank you for your patience.
