SOUTH SUDAN, the African land of history, wisdom, tolerance, courage, and democracy is at the vanguard of a new African resurgence. At this time. our fellow citizens are under the socioeconomic, political and institutional foot of an unprecedented oppression of psychological and cultural opponents of African people. Therefore we openly declare that the Kush Majority Party is ready for all forms of

struggle to restore African greatness. Among the issues that we must confront are the followings :
- the collapse of institutions of democratic, political and economic governance, and
- the corruption of our democracy by those who would acquiesce to the dictates of those who have never had our best intentions in their minds.
- Who would have thought that the heroic people of South Sudan would now be confronting the spectre of becoming victims of our own success ? How could it be that the people of John Garang find themselves fooled and tricked by those who would rob Africa of its victory ?
- South Sudan, beautiful South Sudan, a country once thought of as rich and powerful because of its courage has been turned into a country where the political and intellectual history of the nation has been reinterpreted by our enemies. We can have and we must have political pluralism, a free press, an active and dynamic civil society, a sharp intelligentsia, a pan-african commitment, a loyal army, and a peaceful alternation with civil gestures among losers and winners in elections. Based on our analysis of the situation in our country, we have decided to launch the Kush Democratic Majority ! In addition to the exceptional situation in which our country finds itself, and which demands our commitment to serve our people, our political action is also inspired by the great political and citizen innovation of our times : the « Consciousness Movement.

For Immediate Release.

To the People of Aweil, We reiterate our previous request that you refrain from welcoming Salva Kiir in Aweil, given the evident lack of priority his administration has accorded to your needs and well-being, particularly during this critical season when many Aweil citizens are preoccupied with cultivating to feed their neglected population.

Our message to the people of Aweil is clear: it is advisable not to turn out to welcome Salva Kiir. Instead, let those who support him, including Hussein Abdel Bagi, mobilize his Muslim associates. The native Aweil population should not be swayed by empty promises from a government that has abused and harmed their sons for nearly two decades.

We urge the people of Aweil to recall the policies of Salva Kiir, Ateny Wek Ateny, and Hussein Abdel Bagi, particularly during the upcoming general election. The citizens of Aweil will not be swayed by corrupt tactics and will cast their votes accordingly.

May God bless the people of Aweil and the people of South Sudan.

Bol G*i Deng,

President Candidate for South Sudan
Former Chairman of Aweil Youth in the USA, [email protected].

The USA Church and South Sudanese Church will co-host a large-scale Christian prayer crusade at the University of Mantiang Grounds in Aweil Town, South Sudan, on May 22, 23, and 24, 2026, to pray for peace and success for the forthcoming general election in South Sudan in December 2026.

The United States has announced visa restrictions on South Sudanese officials accused of undermining peace, obstructing the ceasefire, and fueling conflict through corruption.

This comes at a critical moment for South Sudan, as concerns continue to grow over delayed reforms, instability, and the future of the 2026 elections.

The people of South Sudan deserve leadership that prioritizes peace, accountability, development, and national unity — not political interests and misuse of public resources.

South Sudan’s future must be built on transparency, stability, and genuine commitment to the people.

Four Directions Leadership Profile: Bol G*i Deng

Bol G*i Deng is a South Sudanese political leader whose life reflects the broader story of resilience, displacement, and the pursuit of peace in South Sudan.

Born in Aweil, South Sudan, he was only seven years old when armed militias attacked his community and abducted hundreds of children, including him. He was taken to western Sudan, where he endured forced labor under extremely harsh conditions.

At the age of eleven, he escaped and undertook a dangerous journey through Khartoum and Egypt before eventually resettling in Richmond, Virginia in 1999 through the United Nations refugee program.

In the United States, he pursued education in Political Science and Homeland Security, learning English and rebuilding his life. Over time, he dedicated himself to advocating for South Sudanese refugees and promoting democratic governance.

He is the founder of the Kush Democratic Majority Party, built on principles of rule of law, anti-corruption, women’s leadership, and active engagement of the South Sudanese diaspora.

Through his journey, he represents a broader narrative of survival, leadership, and commitment to national transformation.

For Immediately Press Release

I am writing to express profound sorrow over the killing of innocent civilians by the SPLM-IO faction led by Riek Machar, which we strongly condemn as a terrorist organization. Specifically, we hold Riek Machar, currently under house arrest in Juba, South Sudan, responsible for the inhumane killings that occurred yesterday in the Jebel Mining area. These atrocities were allegedly carried out in collaboration with the National Salvation Front, led by General Thomas Cirillo. We also condemn the inhumane actions and human rights abuses perpetrated by the SPLM-IO under the acting chairmanship of Nathaniel Oyet, who is presently visiting the United States.

The international community must unequivocally condemn these acts of terror and work towards ensuring justice and accountability for the victims. Yesterday's attack resulted in the loss of 87 lives, including women and children. One young man was brutally beaten to death, and his eyes were gouged out. We urge the world and international organizations, including the United Nations, European Union, African Union, and the Troika members (Norway, the United Kingdom, and the United States), to take immediate action to prevent another genocide in Africa.

We strongly believe that Riek Machar and the National Salvation Front pose a significant threat to the country, potentially leading to genocide. In light of this, we appeal for the South Sudan General Election on December 22, 2026, to be considered a viable solution to end the conflict and usher in ethical governance.

On behalf of the people of South Sudan, I, Bol G*i Deng, and the leadership of the Kush Democratic Majority Party, are prepared to participate in the upcoming general election to bring an end to the suffering of innocent civilians, particularly women and children.

Sincerely,
Bol G*i Deng,
President Candidate for South Sudan, [email protected].

🔴 BREAKING: U.S. Embassy Clarifies Position on South Sudan Elections

Juba, March 30, 2026 – The U.S. Embassy has issued a statement emphasizing its support for peaceful and credible elections in South Sudan. The Embassy highlighted that elections must be preceded by conditions that guarantee peace and sustainable dialogue among parties to the 2018 peace agreement.

The statement also stressed that key political leaders must not be imprisoned, including the head of the second largest party, to allow genuine negotiations. The transitional government is urged to fund elections with public resources, alongside paying government salaries and providing essential services.

The Embassy affirmed that the U.S. does not seek to impose political models but prioritizes peace, proper use of public funds, and an end to aid abuse. Future support for elections, including through the UN, will depend on the government’s commitment to these principles.

“The people of South Sudan have waited long enough for peace. The transitional government must honor its commitments and deliver for its citizens,” the statement concluded.
