SOUTH SUDAN, the African land of history, wisdom, tolerance, courage, and democracy is at the vanguard of a new African resurgence. At this time. our fellow citizens are under the socioeconomic, political and institutional foot of an unprecedented oppression of psychological and cultural opponents of African people. Therefore we openly declare that the Kush Majority Party is ready for all forms of

struggle to restore African greatness. Among the issues that we must confront are the followings :
- the collapse of institutions of democratic, political and economic governance, and
- the corruption of our democracy by those who would acquiesce to the dictates of those who have never had our best intentions in their minds.
- Who would have thought that the heroic people of South Sudan would now be confronting the spectre of becoming victims of our own success ? How could it be that the people of John Garang find themselves fooled and tricked by those who would rob Africa of its victory ?
- South Sudan, beautiful South Sudan, a country once thought of as rich and powerful because of its courage has been turned into a country where the political and intellectual history of the nation has been reinterpreted by our enemies. We can have and we must have political pluralism, a free press, an active and dynamic civil society, a sharp intelligentsia, a pan-african commitment, a loyal army, and a peaceful alternation with civil gestures among losers and winners in elections. Based on our analysis of the situation in our country, we have decided to launch the Kush Democratic Majority ! In addition to the exceptional situation in which our country finds itself, and which demands our commitment to serve our people, our political action is also inspired by the great political and citizen innovation of our times : the « Consciousness Movement.

Dear People of South Sudan,

When South Sudanese graduates started burning their graduation certificates because they cannot find jobs after graduation, it broke our hearts. This is not just sad — it is a crisis.

The truth is, our youth have degrees but no opportunities. This is why the *General Election on December 22, 2026* is so important.

We must elect leaders who will address this problem head on by:
1. *Creating jobs* through agriculture, infrastructure, and private sector growth
2. *Investing in our economy* so graduates can use their skills to build South Sudan
3. *Removing barriers* like corruption and sanctions that are blocking opportunity

Our young people are the future. They should not have to burn their certificates. They should be building our nation.

Sincerely,
*Bol G*i Deng*

Dear People of South Sudan

Let us all come together to support the General Election on *December 22, 2026*.

Since the war broke out in 2013 between President Salva Kiir and Dr. Riek Machar, our young nation has faced immense challenges. Because of this conflict, South Sudan was placed under international sanctions. These sanctions have blocked many opportunities for our people.

The only way forward is through elections. We must go to the polls to bring South Sudan out of sanctions, restore our standing, and build a stronger economy for every citizen.

If I am elected President on December 22, 2026, my first priorities will be:
1. *Food Security* – Prioritizing agriculture so no South Sudanese goes hungry
2. *Healthcare* – Building a health system that serves all people
3. *Free Education* – Quality education for every South Sudanese child
4. *Clean Water* – Safe drinking water in every South Sudanese home
5. *Security & Rule of Law* – Tough security to protect citizens and maintain order
6. *Road Infrastructure* – Connecting all 10 States and 3 Administrative Areas

This election is about our future. Let us choose peace, progress, and dignity.

Sincerely,
*Bol G*i Deng*

A Historic Return Home: I Am Returning to South Sudan to Stand With Our People

I announce my planned return to Juba during the first week of August as I continue my journey as a candidate for the Presidency of the Republic of South Sudan in the December 22, 2026 General Election.

This return is about one thing: standing with the people of South Sudan and reaffirming my commitment to a peaceful, democratic future for our nation.

For too long, our people have endured conflict, uncertainty, and repeated delays in their ability to choose their leaders. South Sudan’s future must not be decided by violence — it must be decided by the voices and votes of its citizens.

During my visit, I will meet with South Sudanese communities, encourage peaceful political participation, call for credible and transparent elections, and advocate for the involvement of independent international election observers to strengthen trust in our democratic process.

I believe our nation deserves an opportunity to move forward through reconciliation, constitutional government, and meaningful democratic choice.

To the millions of South Sudanese at home, in refugee communities across East Africa, and throughout our global diaspora: your hopes, sacrifices, and dreams matter.

The time has come for South Sudan to embrace a future built on peace, dignity, and democracy.

I look forward to returning home and continuing this journey together.

For Immediate Release.

To the People of Aweil, We reiterate our previous request that you refrain from welcoming Salva Kiir in Aweil, given the evident lack of priority his administration has accorded to your needs and well-being, particularly during this critical season when many Aweil citizens are preoccupied with cultivating to feed their neglected population.

Our message to the people of Aweil is clear: it is advisable not to turn out to welcome Salva Kiir. Instead, let those who support him, including Hussein Abdel Bagi, mobilize his Muslim associates. The native Aweil population should not be swayed by empty promises from a government that has abused and harmed their sons for nearly two decades.

We urge the people of Aweil to recall the policies of Salva Kiir, Ateny Wek Ateny, and Hussein Abdel Bagi, particularly during the upcoming general election. The citizens of Aweil will not be swayed by corrupt tactics and will cast their votes accordingly.

May God bless the people of Aweil and the people of South Sudan.

Bol G*i Deng,

President Candidate for South Sudan
Former Chairman of Aweil Youth in the USA, [email protected].

Four Directions Leadership Profile: Bol G*i Deng

Bol G*i Deng is a South Sudanese political leader whose life reflects the broader story of resilience, displacement, and the pursuit of peace in South Sudan.

Born in Aweil, South Sudan, he was only seven years old when armed militias attacked his community and abducted hundreds of children, including him. He was taken to western Sudan, where he endured forced labor under extremely harsh conditions.

At the age of eleven, he escaped and undertook a dangerous journey through Khartoum and Egypt before eventually resettling in Richmond, Virginia in 1999 through the United Nations refugee program.

In the United States, he pursued education in Political Science and Homeland Security, learning English and rebuilding his life. Over time, he dedicated himself to advocating for South Sudanese refugees and promoting democratic governance.

He is the founder of the Kush Democratic Majority Party, built on principles of rule of law, anti-corruption, women’s leadership, and active engagement of the South Sudanese diaspora.

Through his journey, he represents a broader narrative of survival, leadership, and commitment to national transformation.
