COMMUNITY FIREWORK SHOW!!

Saturday, July 11th, at Nichols Park
A Community Firework Show in Henryetta

Different activities will be taking place throughout the day, hosted by several local groups. Watch for announcements and details on those events.

Then, after dark, gather at Nichols Park for a spectacular **FREE fireworks show** for the whole community!

A special thank you to **Highway 62 Fireworks** and the **Sanford Family** for making this celebration possible year after year.

✨🍼 Calling all future babysitters! 👶 🍼✨

Our Babysitting Safety Course gives students ages 12–16 the skills and confidence to care for children safely and responsibly. Students will learn childcare basics, safety and emergency response, communication skills, and even how to start their own babysitting business.

Today, we would like to share some images from a wonderful donation we received in the mail from Laura Leigh Rampey and her brother, Clif Rampey.

The 1956 Henryetta High yearbook is in excellent condition and will be added to our treasured school archives. The yearbook came from the collection of Laura Leigh and Clif’s parents, Wesley (Leroy) & Laura Rampey. Mr. and Mrs. Rampey were lifelong educators. Mr. Rampey is seen in the yearbook as an HHS English teacher and class sponsor.

Sincere thank you to Laura Leigh and Clif Rampey for reaching out and sharing this gem with us so we can continue to preserve it with pride. We are grateful to have this amazing 70 year old piece of HPS history!!

You will see pages showing some of the HHS organizations, teams and even local business ads of Henryetta supporters of the time. The Senior Class had 93 students and HHS was obviously thriving. That’s what we are working so hard to continue to build back to!

We would love for Knight Nation to comment with memories and to tag family members below. ⬇️

We hope you all enjoy this glimpse into Henryetta High School in 1956 that the Rampey family provided!

Mr. Price is reporting today that the dirt has been turned and is now being pressed and rolled for a firm foundation at the site of the new sports complex. Next step once finalized, NEW turf football field and track!
