Join the Alzheimer’s Association and the Herkimer County Office for the Aging for a free educational program focused on healthy habits that can help support brain health as we age.

🍼 Infant Formula Recall Notice

The a2 Milk Company has voluntarily recalled certain batches of “a2 Platinum Premium USA” infant formula (0–12 months).

If you use this formula, please check the batch number on the bottom of the container.

Recalled batch numbers:
• 2210269454
• 2210324609
• 2210321712

The formula was sold through the a2 Milk Company website, Amazon, and Meijer stores.

Parents and caregivers are advised to stop using recalled formula and return it or dispose of it.

Possible symptoms may include upset stomach, nausea, or vomiting.

At this time, no illnesses have been reported.

Please share to help reach local families with infants.

Herkimer County Public Health will be holding a rabies vaccination clinic at:

📍 Old Forge Library
220 Crosby Blvd, Old Forge
🗓 Thursday, May 7th
🕒 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Protect your pets and your family—rabies is preventable!

📌 What to Know:
• Dogs, cats, and ferrets must be on a leash or in a carrier
• Pets must be at least 3 months old
• $5.00 donation per pet is suggested
• No vet exams will be provided
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
• Doors will not open until clinic start time (please wait in your vehicle if needed)

📄 Bring proof of prior rabies vaccination to receive a 3-year certificate.

Cedarville community, we are hosting a pop-up rabies clinic this Friday! Stop by the Cedarville Fire Department between 5:30 & 7:00 PM to get your pet vaccinated. Walk-ins only!

Residents are reminded to ensure pets are up to date on rabies vaccinations and to avoid contact with unknown animals.
