🏗️ NEW LIBRARY BUILDING UPDATE! 📚

We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line, and there’s been a LOT of progress at your new library! 🎉

Here’s what’s happening:

🟢 All flooring is now installed! Baseboard in the main areas of the library will be finished this weekend.

💡 Electrical work is nearly complete! Everything is finished except for the pendant lights.

🚗 The parking lot is paved and painted! Another big step toward having the site ready for our opening.

🌱 Landscaping is underway! Site preparation has been happening this week, and the landscaper will be out next week.

☀️ Our solar project is moving forward! Preparations are underway, with the solar panels scheduled to be installed after we take occupancy of the building.

💻 Data wiring prep begins next week! This will help get the building ready for all of the technology and connectivity our new library will offer.

🚪 Automatic door hardware will be scheduled for installation soon.

Every day, we’re seeing more and more of our new library come together—and we can’t wait to welcome you inside! ❤️📚

We’re so grateful to some of our local Scouts who lent a hand last weekend to move a portion of the items we have in storage to our new library facility! 🏗️📚

It feels great to check another item off our ever-growing to-do list as we get closer to opening our new home! 🎉

Want to help? Never fear—there’s still plenty of moving to come! We’ll keep you posted when more volunteer opportunities become available. 💪📦
