The D Line was started on Sunday afternoon. There was a leak where the concrete line connected to the PVC pipe. The line was then shut down to drain. This morning, quick drying cement and morter were added to this connection point. This will set overnight and we will turn the water into the line tomorrow morning.

HID intends to treat the B-Line Canal and the Maxwell Canal with the aquatic herbicide Captain on May 26, 2026. On May 28, 2026 HID will treat the same location with the aquatic herbicide Nautique. If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact the District office at 541-567-3024.

The crack in the D Line is more serious than what was originally thought. The old concrete pipe is going to need to be cut out and replaced with PVC. This repair/replacement may take up to two weeks to complete. The District is trying to locate pipe now to make the repair.

A crack was detected along the D-Line. The Crew is shutting it down to repair it. As soon as HID has an estimated time of when the repair will be complete and the line will be turned on, it will be posted.

The R Line has been turned down for a concrete repair at the tail end before the pond on Bensel Road. It will take most of the day to cure and should be turned back up by the end of the day.
