As part of our "Be Safe, Be SMART" E-Bike Safety Campaign, developed 'by students for students,' Hermosa Valley School will host an e-bike safety course on Wednesday, August 26th from 2-4pm.

This comprehensive two-hour safety course combines interactive classroom instruction with hands-on e-bike and training. The course will equip students with essential knowledge and skills for safe riding, covering the rules of the road, proper helmet use, and responsible riding practices.

REMINDER: Students must participate in an e-bike safety course to park their e-bikes on campus.

We appreciate E-Bike Sense and HVPTO's partnership in helping keep our students safe.

BTS Picnic Order Deadline Extended!

HVPTO’s Back-to-School Picnic is happening on Friday, August 28th from 4:30–7:00pm at Hermosa Valley School.

Bring your beach chairs and blankets, find a spot on the field, and enjoy a fun evening with both new and familiar faces.

You’re welcome to bring your own food, or you can PREORDER (link below) for kid and family‑friendly picnic meals from Piccini Italian—an easy way to support our schools while keeping dinner simple.

HVPTO has extended the preorder deadline to Wednesday at 10am, and only preordered meals will be available for pickup at the picnic. No meals will be sold at the event, though there may be a few sweet treats available for purchase.

Pictures will be taken by Dorian Studios during the school day. Order forms were sent home yesterday. If you didn’t receive one, there will be extras available to bring home so you can place your order.
