A Matter of Balance is a FREE 4-week program that helps build confidence, improve balance, and reduce the risk of falls through practical strategies, gentle exercises, and group discussion. Participants learn ways to stay active, increase strength and flexibility, and make everyday activities safer. Join us to gain the tools and confidence to maintain your independence and enjoy an active lifestyle.

📆 Class Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30PM-3:30PM, starting September 1st and ending September 24th.

Senior Summer Camp is officially underway! Our campers gathered around the "campfire" for an afternoon of fun and friendly competition while learning a variety of new games.
