is a non-profit organization aimed at providing social, mental health, economical and educational services to enhance the lives of residents within the communities of The High Desert. Headquartered in Hesperia California, the non-profit 501(3)(c) serves the county of San Bernardino County. Victor Valley Resource Center (VVFRC) offers a Housing First Model to provide safe, stable, permanent housing as a primary strategy for eradicating homelessness in the county.

We’re proud to honor our local hero, Captain McConnell, and America’s top jet ace, with this special tribute. Thanks to grant funding, this new park will soon provide a space for our community to gather, play, and reflect.
