The docks were filled with beautiful boats at the 48th Annual Les Cheneaux Islands Antique Wooden Boat Show—but a few of them sailed home with a little extra hardware!
Congratulations to John and Rebecca Allen, whose spectacular 1949 Dodge Custom racer, Lotus, earned both Best of Show and the Jim Bohn People’s Choice Award!
Second Place Best of Show went to Jay and Janet Stingel’s magnificent 1932 Gar Wood, Hornet.
From century-old launches and gleaming mahogany runabouts to classic fiberglass, racers, sailboats and even scale models, this year’s field gave our judges—and our visitors—plenty to admire.
