The MISD Administration provides the Midway ISD page for the members of this district and the surrounding communities. This page will be updated as often as possible to share with you information about Midway ISD and the achievements of our students, faculty and staff. Our decision to join Facebook was based on our understanding of the important role social media play
s in today's society. We wanted to create an environment where the information about our district is readily available and in a variety of places. We hope you benefit from the information we share with you on this page as we continue to expand our communications with the members of this school district and the community. Please note: All postings of comments on this page, or postings of discussion items, are at the discretion of the page administrators. The intent of this policy is not to keep any negative or critical information from being posted, but to protect the privacy and rights of Midway ISD staff and students. All postings will be reviewed by the page administrators and removed if they violate the privacy of students/staff or the district's guidelines regarding internet access and practices. We welcome your thoughts and comments and look forward to what you have to say. However, we will not leave postings that:
• Break the law or encourage others to do so. This includes copyright and fair use laws.
• Contain abusive or inappropriate language or statements.
• Easily identify students and/or staff in defamatory, abusive, or negative way.
• Do not show proper consideration for others' privacy or are considered to likely offend or provoke others.
• Advertise/promote a product or service for personal gain. Please also note that we strive to maintain the most current information on our page and all discussion posts will be deleted after a 30-day period. Midway ISD is not responsible for user-generated content and the opinions expressed in that content do not necessarily reflect those of MISD.
