For myself and any member of my family, including all minors who accompany me or who are otherwise participating in the 2014 Lake Chatuge Antique & Classic Boat Rendezvous, I hereby waive any claim for injury to my person, boat or personal property for damage that might occur due to my participation either personally or through the use of my boat, personal property or equipment in the function known as the 2014 Lake Chatuge Antique & Classic Boat Rendezvous to be held June 5-8 2014.
I agree to hold harmless the Lake Chatuge Antique & Classic Boat Rendezvous, the Blue Ridge Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society, Inc., the Ridges Resort & Marina, and any sponsors of this event, their employees, agents and employees,volunteers, assistants or others connected with the boat festival.
