🤝 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — HELP KEEP HIBBING BEAUTIFUL! ♻️
Our 4th Annual Community Clean-Up Days are coming June 5 & 6, and we’re looking for community volunteers to help make this event another huge success!

Last year, residents came together to remove more than 141,000 pounds of debris and unwanted materials from our neighborhoods — a true testament to Hibbing pride and the power of neighbors helping neighbors.

Now we’re asking our community to step up once again. We’re looking for volunteers to:
✅ Help residents unload materials
✅ Assist senior citizens and residents without hauling means
✅ Support cleanup efforts in blight-affected neighborhoods
✅ Direct traffic and keep event areas organized
✅ Encourage community pride and beautification efforts

Whether you can help for a few hours or the full day, your time can make a real difference in helping keep Hibbing clean, safe, and beautiful.

This is more than a cleanup event — it’s a community pride initiative:

📍 Volunteer according to YOUR schedule

Our 4th Annual Community Clean-Up Days are coming June 5 & 6, and we’re looking for community volunteers to help make this event another huge success!

♻️ 4TH ANNUAL HIBBING COMMUNITY CLEAN-UP DAYS ♻️

It’s time to clear out, clean up, and beautify our community together!

HPD and the City of Hibbing Government invite residents to participate in the 4th Annual Hibbing Community Clean-Up Days on:

📅 June 5th & 6th
⏰ 8 AM – 4 PM
📍 Stuntz Garage: 1100 E 25th St, Hibbing, MN

✅ FREE resident drop-off

Accepted materials include:
• Tires (up to 24 inches)
• Scrap metal
• Garbage MSW (Mixed Solid Waste)
• Appliances (Microwaves and Freon)
• Mattresses (not waterlogged)
• Televisions
• General demolition debris

🚫 Materials NOT accepted:
Paint, oil, batteries, fire extinguishers, light bulbs, yard waste, and hazardous waste.

Let’s work together to clear out, beautify, and revitalize Hibbing one load at a time!

Our Community Clean-Up Days are back — with TWO chances to participate this year:

We’re expanding opportunities to help keep our community clean, safe and looking its best. More details — including locations — will be shared soon. We’ll also be looking for volunteers, so consider lending a hand to help make this event a success!

🧦🚒👮 Socks & Sirens is hosting two collection events to gather new socks for youth in our community. All donations will go directly to young people attending Community Steps this August.

Stop by during the events to say hi to Gilbert, MN Fire Department, Hibbing Police Department, St. Louis County Sheriff's Office - MN, and us, as well as other first responders from the Iron Range!
