Our vision is to continually reduce the number of homeless families in this community with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency.

FCC teaches its guests life skills so that they can succeed and transition into permanent housing. Our rent-free program is a one-time only opportunity which encourages independence and self-sufficiency. Due to the number of families in need of our services, guests have three to four months to complete the program. Guests meet weekly with our social worker in order to receive guidance on issues su

ch as budgeting and constructive resolution of personal difficulties. These are often the times when lives are redirected.

It helps provide a safe, furnished apartment for a family experiencing homelessness. It supports case management, resources, encouragement, and the opportunity for families to work toward employment, financial stability, permanent housing, and independence.

Every family who walks through our doors has a different story, but our goal remains the same: help families move from homelessness toward stability and a place of their own.

WHAT CAN $1 DO? 💵❤️

Recently, someone anonymously mailed Family Care Center a donation.

Inside was $1.

We don’t know if that dollar was all they could give or simply what they chose to give. But we do know this:

That $1 matters.

At Family Care Center, every dollar becomes part of something bigger.

It helps us keep the lights on in a safe place for a family experiencing homelessness. It helps put food in a kitchen, necessities in a bathroom, and furniture in an apartment. It supports the case management and resources that help families work toward stability and, ultimately, a home of their own.

That’s why we’re asking our community one simple question:
