Women’s Resource Center (WRC) offers assistance to women. in Alexander, Burke, Caldwell and Catawba Counties. We are BIPOC , AAPI, LGBTQ+, and Immigrant allied. Women turn to us for many reasons:

Today, Menstrual Hygiene Day, reminds us that periods don’t pause for poverty and dignity shouldn’t either.

Across the Four counties WRC serves, nearly 40,000 menstruators are living below the ALICE Threshold. That means tens of thousands of women and girls in our region struggle to afford the products they need every single month.

Responsibilities may include helping create social media and website content, assisting with storytelling and marketing campaigns, graphic design support, and helping us engage our community online.
