They explored the letter A and the color black. 🖤 The children used green paint to decorate paper plates and create their very own Frankenstein faces! 💚 They also learned about Christopher Columbus and talked about how he sailed across the ocean in a ship a long, long time ago. ⛵👻

They explored the letter A and its sound, practiced their tracing skills, and reviewed the colors orange and black. 🧡🖤 Using their fine motor skills, the children ripped paper to create candy corn and added their handprint spiders to their spooky spiderwebs! 🕷️ They also learned about Christopher Columbus and practiced the famous poem, “In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue!” ⛵🍂

🎃 Miss Connie and Miss Angela’s 3-Year-Old Class 🍂

Our little learners had a fun-filled week! They learned about the letter A and reviewed their numbers. They also got creative by making triangle witches, coloring Jack-o’-lanterns, squirrels and acorns, and painting pumpkins. 🎨

To celebrate Columbus Day, the children colored ships and learned the famous rhyme, “In 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue!” 🚢💙

We love learning and creating together at First Step! ❤️
