5/27/26 Meeting Summary: The Lafayette County Emergency Services Board met on May 27 in Higginsville. The Board approved April minutes, reviewed the treasurer’s report, and discussed ongoing grant opportunities, including MODOT communications funding. Updates were shared on Central Square CAD software, Brightspeed billing issues with the City of Higginsville, and IAmResponding mobile application for departments. Dispatch relocation timeline is currently set for mid‑August.
Next meeting: June 30 at 6:30 PM in Higginsville EMS.
