🚨PLEASE BE AWARE, NO FERRY SERVICE DURING THE PARADE🚨

I personally called the ferry office and he told me that they have no "exact" time the ferry will be down, tentative is 7:00 to approximately 8:00. He stated that it would be wise to give the times a little bit earlier and later.
A good approximation would be 6:45 - 8:15.

🚨🚨UPDATE🚨🚨

Emergency crews have left the scene.
Both lanes are now open.
There is alot of traffic and the fog is coming in, please drive with care.

Wreck by the last house, first responders. GCSO, and EMS are on the road at times. Traffic is one lane and being directed by HIVFD.
PLEASE SLOW DOWN and DRIVE WITH CAUTION.

High Island is providing mutual aid to Crystal Beach and Port Bolivar for a structure fire at the Diamond Road RV park. Upon arrival, two trailers were fully involved. All occupants evacuated safely, and the structures were extinguished. There are no reported injuries.

High Island and Port Bolivar are mutual aiding on a major accident in Crystal Beach near the Big Store. Use caution in the area due to extreme fog.
