UnChained Project is mobilizing people globally to bring awareness and action on behalf of the thousands of child abuse, child trafficking and bullying survivors to help them know they are not alone. These UnChained Project groups will act regionally to help their local survivors know they are loved and to bring localized awareness of Ark of Hope for Children and our areas of focus.
Project team ambassadors will carry the torch within your region. Simply join the team AND go to this link on our website to sign as a volunteer for the UnChained Project http://arkofhopeforchildren.org/programs/unchained-project
We urge you to join our Google+ Community here as well https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/116925210188225513160/communities. This will help you not miss any posts from friends within the group as Facebook limits who can read every post unless the group pays extra for all to see.
UnChained Project regional groups can promote Ark of Hope for Children programs, hold awareness meetings, fundraiser events, show films that reach out to victimized people and more. Our site link explains more http://arkofhopeforchildren.org/programs/unchained-project .*
Currently Ark of Hope for Children is serving survivors in these areas through our global online efforts through our vast social network reach and RemovingChains.org;
• Adult Survivors of Child Abuse
• Female survivors (abuse/rape/child abuse)
• Male survivors (abuse/rape/child abuse)
• Trafficking, Ritual, or Institutional abuse support
• Depression, Mental health support (youth and adult)
• Child Abuse support (all ages)
• Youth Bullying
• Sick kids support
As team members you can direct survivors towards Removing Chains, our live text chat survivor support website for 24/7 anonymous love and support. Local survivors will love to know that people care right where they live, of course, but many are unable to talk about their trauma face to face. Perhaps you would consider being a site Listener or mentor as well? **
Please recruit, share, and network. Together we will help break their chains of abuse, help them break their silence and help fulfill our long range goal, “No Survivor Left Behind”.
*Please do not join if you ONLY want to use the group to promote your own nonprofit or work. Partnerships with other organizations is something we cherish as a mutual 50/50 relationship and all willing to lift up survivors and the intent of Ark of Hope UnChained Program groups are then welcomed to join.
**Note; This is NOT an invitation to partner with, or provide funding to, any orphanages or missions from lands far from the US. We do not have the financial resources to do that and your request to start a group will be denied.
