he time frame by which the Village must hold the referendum when registered Village residents can vote whether to dissolve. Right now the most important thing that Village voters can do is to learn the facts. The facts about the rising costs of maintaining the services we now have, the costs of salaries and benefits for services that are duplicates of what the Town and the County already provide, the costs of increasing debt and taxes that are jeopardizing our future, the costs of inaction and the resulting stagnation that are crippling our ability to grow and thrive.
