Hello NKU!!!

My name is Emily Bass, I am originally from Alexandria, KY. After high school, I attended Morehead State University and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science. I worked in the veterinary/equine field from 2016 to 2021 where I then made the transition to a career in public safety. This year, I will be going into my fourth year of law enforcement, I am also certified as an EMT-B.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, hiking with my dog Rudy, and spending time with family and friends. I chose a career in public safety due to the service-oriented nature of the career, everyday is different and you’re always learning something new.

I joined NKUPD because of the strong initiative towards community engagement and creating a safe and supportive campus environment. I am looking forward to serving the community I grew up in and being closer to home.

It was not sent by KYTC, as we do not collect traffic ticket fees. If you’ve provided any personal information, contact your bank immediately.
