HSHS Rescue Flight Located at St. Joseph's Hospital, Highland. Part of the Arch family, an Air Methods company. Our home base is at HSHS St. Ultimately, we are here for you.

HSHS Rescue Flight is an advanced critical care air medical service (part of the ARCH Air Medical program) owned and operated by Air Methods. Joseph's Hospital Highland, providing time saving high level medical and trauma care to surrounding communities. Rescue 1's highly trained flight crew consists of a pilot, flight nurse and a flight paramedic. Top level patient care and safety are our two highest priorities. We are, Defenders of Tomorrow. In this line of work teamwork goes far beyond partners completing a flight. It also includes a strong eco-system of bases working together and backing each other up on flights to best serve the communities we serve.

Today, Arch One and HSHS Rescue Flight got together for some good ole fashion team bonding to keep this machine well oiled🤝

When serious accidents happen in rural areas every minute counts when it comes to receiving care and recovery! Grateful to Addieville Community Fire Protection District for recognizing Kasons need for rapid transport to a pediatric trauma center and trusting our crew with his care. We loved being able to reunite with him and his family!
