Chill at the Mill - Highland

10/09/2026

☀️ We’re making the most of these beautiful fall days! Our team has been hard at work, and this week, a sandbox complete with sand toys was added for even more fun!

We’re also in the home stretch with the pathway, and it’s exciting to see everything coming together! We can’t wait to share more as this project nears completion. 🌿😊

🧱 A little more history is being added to Chill at the Mill! 🌳

Supervisor Rick Hamill recently started installing the engraved bricks purchased through community donations. This is just the first batch of bricks going in, with more to be installed as we continue to move forward.

Each brick represents a person, family, or organization that helped support the vision for Chill at the Mill, making these a special part of the park and its story.

Thank you to everyone who has donated and supported this community project. We can’t wait to see all the bricks in place! ❤️

Last year, our friends at the Highland Skatepark were highlighted in Naturally Connected, Highland Township’s community publication. Their story is super inspiring and a great reminder of how a small group can do big things. We’re so happy you’re our neighbor!!
