📣IMPORTANT BILLING UPDATE📣


The Village of Grantfork Water Department has transitioned to a new billing software provider. We made this change because our previous provider introduced a new customer portal that would no longer support emailed bills and would have added transaction fees for customers using automatic payments.

Our new billing system better meets the needs of both our customers and the Water Department. We expect everything to be operating normally beginning with this month's billing cycle.

During this transition, we ask that you please review your invoice carefully to ensure all information is accurate. If you notice any errors or have questions about your bill, please contact us so we can assist you promptly.

Automatic Payments are still available.

Paperless billing is the fastest and most reliable way to receive your monthly bill.
